The company was looking for an immediate solution that would upgrade clocking process for the 2550 employees that work with the 850 trucks fleet responsible for distribution in Rio de Janeiro. In the previous solution, employees started their workday by scanning their employee card that contained a QR Code.

As a shareable element this solution was unreliable. The company was looking for a solution that would prove identity with an unquestionable feature.

Our partner GUARDIO designed an Infinitum module-based solution using Faceclocking application.

Realizing the benefits of proof of identity in mobile clocking, the company quickly became interested in our technology and challenged our partner to present Infinitum-based solutions in areas such as Security, Training and General clocking system.

The company had already smartphones implemented in its trucks managed by an MDM (Mobile Device Management). So updating this process was very simple. A phased deployment was done but within a few weeks all employees were already using our system.

For analysis and reporting the system was integrated with the company's CRM by importing the AFD (Data Source File) model.

In a few days, with no investment needed and with a monthly expenses cut, the company went from an unreliable solution to a solution that ensures the authenticity of clocking for emplyees on mobility.

Its is not a long story short, it is indeed a short story. With a easy integration ou client went step further on security prevention.

There was alread a video control managed by a third-party company. Randomly trucks are being controlled on a operations room. 

Our system has been integrated with theirs and send alerts everytime a non-authorised person is seen inside any truck. At first this measure was implemented to enhance security but suddendly the company noted a reduction in distances traveled per journey. Managers were aware that trucks would get off the planned route, often to give rides to strangers.

Real time control awareness has made this habit virtually gone.

It is practically common sense that time recording does not mean effective working time.

If in many fields this is practically impossible to optimize in others it is not that complicated. Today there are many functions within a company where the work is done entirely on a computer.

Ensuring that an employee is not at his or her job while being able to ensure workstation is safe is what we did with deploying WSLock in the company.

This change was also made with great tranquility. In a phased deploy all employees who perform their duties on computers no longer used time clocks to record working time.

Finally, all time clocks have been replaced by tablets. This measure allowed the company to reuse Faceclocking also in its offices, benefiting from a solution that allows them to communicate with employees every day when they start their work.

Whether to congratulate on their birthdays, motivate them or send alert about important issues.

The implementation process of this project has always been very iterative. More and more departments became interested in our technolog and shared their biggest problems so we could find a solution

The concept of proof of identity drew attention to the Human Resources department. The process of ensuring that employees receive legally planned training time is a concern for the company. The system in place was unreliable.

The main identified problems have been:

• Delay in sending time sheets;
• Need to have staff to manage information received on paper;
• Little credibility in attendance registration system;
• Proof of identity of trainer and trainee; and
• Managing this process took too much time from human resources.

Our partner developed a web app integrated with customer CRM that addressed these issues by:

• Integration with our "onBoard" dasboard; and
• Registration of presence by facial recognition.
