FYI Digital has placed two cameras on the way in and out of their office. This way no one has to clock their time, the system automatically registers when someone comes in and goes out. A log of guests and non identified visitors is also maintened. 

FYI's employees work depends on a computer. Either they are on their computer accomplishing tasks or on a planned event. The implemented system checks if someone that have a planned event outside the office is still at the office and not only sends a personal alert but also displays that information on the open space LCDs.

Running late? No worries, as soon as someone is seen getting out from the office, all accounts are logged off.

Every workstation has WS Lock running. Not having a password to unlock a computer frees your helpdesk from unwanted, very frequent and always urgent password recovery requests. Also, the system knows if the computer his active, when idle time is activated worktime is also put on hold. 

This is the most accurate time track system that also improves the company phisical and logical security at the same time as helps on project management and budget control.
